Plug 1, even if you’ve done this before. It’s designed to feel easy, so you get to know the Peak and Valley before the sizes start to matter. Every base is numbered, so you’ll always know where you’re up to.
When the Peak of your current plug feels as comfy as its Valley, you’re ready. The next plug’s Valley is a touch narrower than the Peak you’ve just mastered, so it’ll feel familiar from the start. Listen to your body and take it slow.
If it feels good, yes. Slo.Mo is all about gentle, gradual progress. Some people play most days, others once a week, and there’s no rush either way. If you have any health concerns, have a chat with your doctor first.
Seven gentle steps instead of the usual three, in silky, body-safe silicone instead of hard plastic. The steps get smaller as the sizes grow, because the bigger you go, the more every little bit counts. And the Peak and Valley shape lets you know when you’re ready for the next one.
Yes, past the Peak, so the slim Valley rests just inside and the base sits snugly outside. That’s where your body settles. From there, how you play is up to you.
Absolutely. It’s just as good for playing together as it is solo. Talk, take it slow, and keep the lube handy.
They can, but that’s not what they’re made for. Slo.Mo is shaped for gentle, step-by-step progress rather than staying firmly in place, so check the fit first.
Medium-firm: enough give to feel comfortable and enough body to hold their shape. Plugs 5 to 7 are made a touch softer, so the bigger sizes feel just as comfy as the first.
Not in the box. Everyone’s skin is different, so we leave the choice to you. Pick a water-based lube and use plenty: silicone lube and silicone toys don’t get along.
Warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap before and after each play, then let it dry completely and pop it back in its box. Our How-to and care guide has the full step-by-step.

Orders ship from Australia. If your country charges import duties or taxes, those are paid by you on delivery.
If it’s unopened and still in its original sealed packaging, yes, within 14 days of delivery (return postage is paid by you). For hygiene reasons, we can’t take back opened or used kits. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
Yes. Every kit is covered for a full year against manufacturing defects, so if there’s a fault, we’ve got you covered. Our Warranty page explains how to make a claim.
