We ship every order free of charge via Australia Post Express - worldwide. No hidden fees. No surprises at checkout.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm AEST are shipped the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times (based on Australia Post Express service):

  • Australia: 1–4 business days
  • New Zealand: 4–8 business days
  • Asia: 4–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–12 business days
  • Rest Of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or public holidays.

Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of contents.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

We will accept returns of unopened and unused items if:

  • 14 days of delivery
  • The item is in its original, sealed packaging
  • The product and packaging are undamaged and in resalable condition

In these cases, the return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

We will always honour your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which means if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return (Unopened or Faulty Items)

  1. Email info@pacepleasure.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. For faulty items, include photos or a short video showing the issue.
  3. Our team will confirm the next steps and provide return instructions.

Other Ts and Cs

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in your country.
  • All orders require a delivery address (no PO boxes for some international destinations).
  • Any import duties or taxes for countries outside Australia are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once tracking confirms delivery.
