We offer free worldwide shipping via Australia Post Express.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched the next business day.

Estimated delivery times based on Australia Post Express service:

Australia: 1–4 business days

New Zealand: 4–8 business days

Asia: 4–10 business days

Europe: 5–12 business days

Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or public holidays.

Taxes, Duties and Import Charges

Orders are shipped from Australia.

Prices shown on our website do not include any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or similar fees that may apply in your destination country unless expressly stated otherwise. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If import taxes or duties are assessed on your order, these must be paid by the customer before delivery can be completed.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

We may accept returns of unopened and unused items where:

  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
  • The item remains in its original sealed packaging
  • The product and packaging are undamaged and in resalable condition

In these cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

We will always honour your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email info@pacepleasure.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

For faulty items, please include clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

We will then confirm the next steps and provide return instructions where applicable.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
  • A valid delivery address is required. PO boxes may not be accepted for some international destinations.
  • Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after tracking shows the order has been delivered.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or clearance fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
