This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Pace Pleasure or from an authorised retailer.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic changes (e.g., fading, surface marks)
- Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, neglect, modification, or accidents
- Issues resulting from use with incompatible lubricants (we recommend water-based only)
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect:

- We may request additional details or a short video to help assess the claim.
- Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
